On 30 Jun, 2560\/2017 HONG KONG: Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU, who is the keynote speech in the conference, is along with administrators, lecturers and staff of MCU to attend the Seminar of Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism along the Belt and Road.<\/p>\n

The cooperation between MCU and Po Lin Monastery is MCU by Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU and Chairman Committee and Dr. Phra Senghurng Narinda, Director, International Relations Division and staff, Secretary Committee who are responsible to invite the Dr. Venerable Scholar monks of MCU. They are from Main MCU, Campuses and Sangha Colleges of MCU who are joining the seminar in this time.<\/p>\n

The aim of holding the seminar of symposiums; Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism along the Belt and Road is for spreading Buddha\u2019s teaching all over the world and for scholar-monks to gather together and explore the spread and friendly interactions of Buddhism on the Belt and Road as well as opportunities and challenges facing Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism in the Internet Age, therefore, which is to disseminate wholesome Dhamma into mainstream in the society.<\/p>\n

The seminar of symposiums; Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism is attended by 167 participants including 99 papers to be presented and separating 7 section, who are from over 20 countries of both sides as Theravada and Mahayana. There is a new way, new path of interactions Buddhism in the internet Age.<\/p>\n
