วันอังคารที่ ๓๐ มิถุนายน พ.ศ.๒๕๖๙ เวลา ๐๙.๐๐ น. พระสิทธิวัชรบัณฑิต รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ประธานคณะกรรมการอุปถัมภ์ทุนการศึกษาแก่นิสิตพระสงฆ์ภูฏาน มจร ๓ รูป ได้ถวายทุนการศึกษาค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน (monthly expenses) แก่นิสิตภูฏาน มจร ๓ รูป ได้แก่ (1) Venerable Thinley Wangdi (Ph.D. scholar) 2) Venerable Pema Thinley(M.A.Student) (3) Venerable Tshering Wangchuk (B.A.Student) พระสงฆ์ภูฏานทั้ง ๓ รูป นี้ ได้รับทุนการศึกษาจาก มจร ตลอดหลักสูตร (MCU Full Scholarship for Bhutan Students) ณ ห้องประชุมวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูตและกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มจร พระนครศรีอยุธยา
มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ร่วมกับ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตภูฏานประจำประเทศไทย คณะสงฆ์ภูฏานแห่งราชอาณาจักรภูฏาน และคณะสงฆ์วัดจงไถซาน พร้อมด้วยคณะทานบดีชาวไทย ได้จัดโครงการสนับสนุนอุปถัมภ์การศึกษาพระสงฆ์ภูฏาน มจร จำนวน ๓ ทุน ทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก เป็นเงินจำนวน ๑,๒๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (หนึ่งล้านสองแสนบาทถ้วน) โดยได้รับการอุปถัมถ์จาก คณะสงฆ์วัดจงไถซาน จำนวน ๖๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (หกแสนบาทถ้วน) ดร.เดชา เดชนที ถวายการอุปถัมภ์จำนวน ๓๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (สามแสนบาทถ้วน) และ ดร.กำไล หวังประกอบกุล พร้อมด้วยครอบครัว ถวายการอุปถัมภ์จำนวน ๓๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (สามแสนบาทถ้วน)
พระสิทธิวัชรบัณฑิต ถวายกัปปิยภัณฑ์ปัจจัยจากกองทุนสนับสนุนการศึกษาฯ เพื่อเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน (monthly expenses) แก่พระสงฆ์ภูฏาน มจร รูปละ ๓,๐๐๐ บาท รวมเป็นเงิน ๙,๐๐๐ บาท ขออนุโมทนาขอบคุณ คณะทานบดีเจ้าภาพถวายการอุปถัมภ์ทุนการศึกษาแก่พระสงฆ์ภูฏาน ประกอบด้วย คณะสงฆ์วัดจงไถซาน ดร.เดชา เดชนที และ ดร.กำไล หวังประกอบกุล มา ณ โอกาสนี้ ฯ
“Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU Grants Monthly Scholarship Support (MCU Full Scholarship for Bhutan Students) for June 2026”
On Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at 09.00 am, Phra Sitthivajrabundit, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) and Chairman of the Scholarship Patronage Committee for Bhutanese Monastic Students at MCU, formally granted the monthly scholarship allowances to three Bhutanese monastic students of MCU. The recipients were: 1. Venerable Thinley Wangdi (Ph.D. scholar) 2. Venerable Pema Thinley (M.A. student) 3. Venerable Tshering Wangchuk (B.A. student) All three monks are beneficiaries of the MCU Full Scholarship for Bhutan Students, which provides financial support throughout the entire duration of their respective academic programmes. The presentation took place at the Meeting Room of the Dhammaduta College and the International Relations Division, MCU, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, in collaboration with the Embassy of Bhutan in Thailand, the Bhutanese Sangha of the Kingdom of Bhutan, the Sangha of Chung Tai Chan Monastery, together with Thai lay donors, has established a sponsorship project to support the education of three Bhutanese monks at MCU. The project provides three scholarships covering Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programmes, with a total fund of 1,200,000 Baht (One Million Two Hundred Thousand Baht Only).
The financial contributions are as follows: The Sangha of Chung Tai Chan Monastery: 600,000 Baht, Dr. Decha Dechanatee: 300,000 Baht, Dr. Kamlai Wangprakobkul and family: 300,000 Baht
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Phra Sitthivajrabundit also presented monastic requisites in the form of monthly financial allowances from the Educational Support Fund, amounting to 3,000 Baht per monk, totaling 9,000 Baht for the three monks for the month of February. The University hereby expresses its deep appreciation and rejoices in the meritorious support generously offered by the distinguished benefactors—namely, the Sangha of Chung Tai Chan Monastery, Dr. Decha Dechanatee, and Dr. Kamlai Wangprakobkul and family—for their continued patronage of educational scholarships for Bhutanese monastic students at MCU.
The merits arising from this righteous undertaking are humbly dedicated in royal tribute to King Chulalongkorn (Phrabat Somdet Phra Poramintharamaha Chulalongkorn Phra Chunlachomklao Chao Yu Hua), the revered Founder of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, in profound gratitude for His immeasurable royal benevolence and visionary wisdom in establishing the University for the advancement of Buddhist education and the enduring benefit of the Sangha and society.
