ในโอกาสนี้ พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ได้แสดงมุทิตาในโอกาสที่ ดร.คิน ฉ่วย ได้รับพระราชทานปริญญาปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิตกิตติมศักดิ์ ศิลปศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิตกิตติมศักดิ์ สาขาวิชาพัฒนาสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมของมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม จ.นครพนม ด้วย

On 21 December, 2561/2018 at 16:00 MCU: Dr. Khin Shwe, Chairman of Sasana Nuggaha Association in Myanmar, and founding the Association of Asian Buddhist Community (ABC) is along with the group to seek with Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs and Acting Director, Dhammaduta College, MCU, with administers and staff of International Relations Division to hold a meeting at Conference Room 205, MCU, Wat Mahathat, Bangkok.
In this Occasion, Vice Rector has congratulated Dr. Khin Shwe is conferred the Honorary Doctorate Degree of Social and Environment, Nakhon Phanom University, Nakhon Phanom Province, Thailand.
