วันที่ ๒๔ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๘ พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รก. ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ผจล.วัดอรุณฯ เข้าประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการระดมความคิดเห็น เพื่อพัฒนาภารกิจงานคณะสงฆ์ในการปฏิรูปพระพุทธศาสนา ครั้งที่ ๓/๒๕๕๘ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย อยุธยา โดยมีพระเดชพระคุณพระพรหมมุนี กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม เจ้าคณะภาค ๑๕ (ธ) เป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์ ฯพณฯ สุวพันธุ์ ตันยุวรรธนะ รัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ประธานฝ่ายฆราวาส และปาฐกถาพิเศษ เรื่อง “การปฏิรูปกิจการพระพุทธศาสนา” พระเดชพระคุณพระพรหมบัณฑิต ศ.ดร. กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม เจ้าคณะภาค ๒ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย บรรยายพิเศษ เรื่อง “การปฏิรูปกิจการพระพุทธศาสนา”
ใน ภาคบ่าย มีการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยทั้ง ๗ กลุ่ม เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็น โดย พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รก. ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต เป็นวิทยากรดำเนินการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย กลุ่มที่ ๓ ด้านการเผยแผ่ มีพระมหาชำนาญ มหาชาโน ผู้อำนวยการส่วนเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นผู้ประสานงานกลุ่ม ณ หอประชุม มวก ๔๘ พรรษา มจร อยุธยา

On 24 Dec 2558, Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU has attended the seminar of academic brainstorming for developing the reform Buddhism of Sangha Affairs on 3rd/2558 at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.
The academic seminar is chaired by Phrabrahmuni, Sangha Supreme Council Member, the 15th Regional Governor of the Sangha of Thammayut, who is the chairman of Sanghas. Joined by Mr Suwaphan Tanyuwatna, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office is the chairman of lay people, who has a speech of “Reformation of Buddhism Affairs”. Moreover, Prof. Dr Phrabrahmapundit, Rector of MCU, Sangha Supreme Council Member, the 2nd Regional Governor of the Sangha, also gives a speech of “Reformation of Buddhism Affairs”.
Afternoon the seminar is separate into 7 groups as the sub-meeting managed by the Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU as the moderator for the group 3 of propagation. The sub-meeting is the group coordinator as Dr Phramaha Chamnan Mahachano, Director of Information Technology Division at Conference Hall 401 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Ayutthaya, Thailand
