วันที่ 24 กันยายน 58 เวลา 15.30 น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรในสังกัด ได้อำนวยความสะดวก พระธรรมาจารย์เหย่า จือ (Vem. Yao Zhi) นายกพุทธสมาคมเมืองกวางโจว เจ้าอาวาสวัดต้า โฝว เมืองกวางโจว มณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และคณะชาวพุทธจีน เข้าถวายสักการะ เจ้าประคุณสมเด็จพระมหารัชมังคลาจารย์ ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สมเด็จพระสังฆราช เจ้าอาวาสวัดปากน้ำ และได้หารือคุยความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะสงฆ์ไทยกับคณะสงฆ์จีน ทางคณะสงฆ์จีนได้อาราธนาเจ้าประคุณสมเด็จพระมหารัชมังคลาจารย์ ไปวัดต้า โฝว ในโอกาสต่อไปด้วย หลังจากนั้นคณะพระธรรมาจารย์เหย่า จือ ถวายสังฆทานแด่พระสงฆ์ 30 รูป ณ วัดปากน้ำ ภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพฯ

Yao Zhi, the chief incumbent of Da Fo Temple and a group of devotees from China who came to worship His Holiness Somdet Phra Maharatchamangkalacharn, Acting Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, Abbot of Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen. And Most Ven. Yao Zhi discussed about cooperation with the Chinese Buddhist Sangha and Thailand as Chinese Sanghas invited His Holiness Somdet Phra Maharatchamangkalacharn to Da Fo Temple in the future. After that Most Ven. Yao Zhi offers Sanghas Dana to 30 monks at Pak Nam temple, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok.
