Somdet Phramaharatchamangkhlachan, Acting Supreme Patriarch of Thailand (the Sangharaja) at Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen, Bangkok. The Sri Lankan monks are intendant the relic, which is invited to temporarily establish at Phutthamonthon, Nakhon Phathom Province.
