วันที่ 4 ธ.ค. 58 เวลา 14.00-19.30 น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รก.ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต พร้อมผู้แทน มจร ประชุม ณ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เตรียมงานต้อนรับ สมเด็จพระสังฆราช พระมหานายกะ และประมุขสงฆ์จากต่างประเทศ ที่จะมาในงานพระราชทานเพลิงพระศพสมเด็จพระสังฆราช ฯ ณ วัดเทพศิรินทราวาส ระหว่างวันที่ 15 – 17 ธ.ค. 58 จากนั้นได้ประชุมต่อ ณ วัดเทพศิรินทราวาส และโรงแรมสุโขทัย ที่พักของสมเด็จพระสังฆราช พระมหานายกะ และประมุขสงฆ์จาก 13 ประเทศ โดยมีนางเกศณีย์ ผลานุวงษ์ รองอธิบดีกรมพิธีการ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เป็นประธานการประชุม มีผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยและผู้เกี่ยวข้องร่วมประชุม จากนั้นเป็นการไปดูสถานที่จริง

On 04 Dec 2558 at 14:00-19:30, Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU was with administer and staffs of MCU to have a meeting with administers of Mahamakut Buddhist University, Deputy Director-General, Department of Protocol and liaison officers at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The aim of meeting was for the responsibility of the Supreme Patriarches, Mahanayakas and Buddhist leaders from (13) countries to attend the Royal Cremation of His Holiness Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara Supreme Patriarch of Thailand at Phra Meru Royal Crematorium, Wat Debsirindravas, Bangkok on 16 December 2015. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director-General, Department of Protocol. After meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the participants of the meeting went to survey the place of Wat Debsirindrava and The Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel.
