วันที่ 3 ก.ค. 2559 พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต มจร พร้อมด้วย ผู้บริหาร พระมหาสุเทพ สุปณฺฑิโต หัวหน้าภาควิชาสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา และ เจ้าหน้าที่ มจร ถวายสักการะแด่ พระราชภาวนาวิมล วิ. ในงานอายุวัฒนมงคล 90 ปี ของพระราชภาวนาวิมล วิ. และนำส่งเกียรติบัตร “พระธรรมทูตต้นแบบ ในการเผยแผ่พุทธศาสนาในต่างประเทศ” ที่ มจร ถวายแด่พระราชภาวนาวิมล วิ. ด้วย โดยในงานนี้มีพระธรรมทูตสายต่างประเทศและพุทธศาสนิกชนในต่างประเทศ ร่วมงาน ณ วัดพุทธปทีป กรุงลอนดอน สหราชอาณาจักร
