วันเสาร์ที่ ๑๐ กันยายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ เวลา ๙.๓๐ น. พระพรหมบัณฑิต ศ.,ดร., อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วย พระศรีคัมภีรญาณ ศ., ดร. รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต และผู้บริหาร มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ร่วมพิธีฉลองครบรอบ ๑๐ ปีของวิทยาลัยพุทธศาสนาสิงคโปร์ (Buddhist College of Singapore) ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันสมทบของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย และเปิดอาคารแห่งใหม่ของวิทยาลัยพุทธศาสนาสิงคโปร์ ณ วัดกวงหมิงซาน ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ในการนี้พระพรหมบัณฑิต กล่าวสุนทรพจน์ในพิธี และพบกับนายกรัฐมนตรี ลี เซียนหลุง (H.E. Lee Hsien Loong) ของสิงคโปร์

On 10th Sep, 2559/2016 the Most.Ven. Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmapundit, the Rector of MCU, Prof. Dr. Phra Srigambhirayarn, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Phra Sophonvachirahbhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs, and along with administers of MCU were invited to attend an official opening 10th Anniversary of Buddhist College of Singapore in this mooring. The Rector of MCU gave an express and congratulation message to this event. On this occasion, the Rector of MCU met with H.E. Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore and addressed. This institute is one of the affiliations to MCU and conducts Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English and Chinese medium.
