25 ธ.ค.59 มจร ร่วมยกฉัตรและประดิษฐานยอดฉัตรเหนือเจดีย์ชะเวดากองจำลอง ณ พุทธสถานจำลอง ของบริษัท เชกะปา กรุงย่างกุ้ง โดย มีประธานมหาเถรสมาคม แห่งเมียนมาร์ เป็นประธานสงฆ์ มีรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม เป็นประธานคฤหัสถ์ โดยมีวัดไจติซอง และ ดร. คิน ฉ่วย เป็นเจ้าภาพ ….ในการนี้ พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ได้ร่วมบรรจุพระสารีริกธาตุมีรัตนเป็นอาภรณ์ และประดิษฐานยอดพระเจดีย์ (พระเจดีย์สูง 120 เมตร)
