วันที่ ๒๒ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๘ เวลา ๑๔.๐๐ น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ผู้อำนวยหารวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ผจล.วัดอรุณฯ เป็นประธาน ประชุมคณะทำงานต้อนรับ ฯพณฯ ไมตรีพละ สิริเสนา ประธานาธิบดีสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมประชาธิปไตยศรีลังกา ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนไทยอย่างเป็นทาง ในวันที่ ๑ – ๔ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๘ โดยรัฐบาลมอบหมายให้มหาวิทยาลัยรับผิดชอบดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกคณะสงฆ์ และผู้ติดจำนวน ๖๐ รูป/คน

On 22 Oct 2558 at 14.00, Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU is the chairman of a meeting with staffs to welcome Mr. Mithripala Sirisena, the Sri Lankan President. He is coming to officially visit in Thailand on 1-4 Nov 2558/2015. The government has given the responsibility to MCU to accommodate and facilitate for 60 Sri Lankan monks.
