Prof. Dr. Bee Scherer, Chair of Buddhist Studies at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam, Netherlands and the Rector of the Dutch Buddhist Seminary เดินทางมาจากนครอัมสเตอร์ดัม ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ พระสิทธิวัชรบัณฑิต พร้อมกับรับเชิญบรรยายพิเศษแก่ นิสิตวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต เรื่อง “Buddhist Globalization and the Propagation of Buddhism by Overseas Dhammaduta Bhikkhus from a Western Perspective”
สืบเนื่องจาก วิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูตและ Buddhist Seminary of the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam, Netherlands ได้ลงนาม MoU เมื่อปี ๒๕๖๗ โดยได้มีฉันทามติร่วมกันจัดการศึกษาและทำงานวิจัยด้านพระพุทธศาสนา และดำเนินงานโครงการอบรมพระธรรมทูตสายต่างประเทศ และโครงการอบรมธรรมทูตคฤหัสถ์ในต่างประเทศ
การนี้ Prof. Dr. Bee Scherer, Chair of Buddhist Studies at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam, Netherlands and the Rector of the Dutch Buddhist Seminary ได้รับเชิญจากวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต มาบรรยายพิเศษ เพื่อเสริมทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านพระพุทธศาสนาในบริบทของสังคมตะวันตก
