เมื่อ 4 ธันวาคม 2562 เวลา 18.30 น. พระโสภณวชิราภณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ, ผจล. วัดอรุณราชวราราม พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ วิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต และกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มจร ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพบำเพ็ญกุศลศพ นางวราภรณ์ บำรุงสกุลชัย (น้องภรณ์) ลูกสาวของคุณโยมวิโรจน์-บุญส่ง ปริญายก โยมใส่บาตรของพระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ และพระภิกษุสามเณรวัดอรุณฯ วัดใหม่พิเรนทร์และวัดราชสิทธาราม อีกหลายรูป โดยมีคุณสมประสงค์ เทพสำราญ เป็นประธานฝ่ายคฤหัสถ์ ณ ศาลา 11 วัดพระศรีมหาธาตุ เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งตั้งศพบำเพ็ญกุศลไปจนถึงวันที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2562 (เว้น 5 ธันวาคม 2562) และจะฌาปนกิจศพในวันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2562 เวลา 16.00 น.
