วันที่ 2 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2561 เวลา 6.00 น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ รองอธิการบดี ฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รก.ผอ.วิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ประธานกรรมการ กองทุนช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุทกภัย สปป.ลาว ได้มอบหมายให้ คณะทำงานส่วนล่วงหน้า โดยมีผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ มจร และชมรมนักศึกษาสงฆ์ลาวซึ่งเรียนที่ มจร เดินทางล่วงหน้าเพื่อไปสำรวจพื้นที่และช่วยเหลือในเบื้องต้น พร้อมจัดนำสิ่งของเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค และของใช้ที่จำเป็น จากหน้าอาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย (มจร) อยุธยา ไปบริจาคช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยน้ำท่วม ที่เมืองสนามไซ แขวงอัตตะปือ สปป.ลาว และจัดตั้งโรงทาน ระหว่างวันที่ 2 – 5 ส.ค. ศกนี้

On 2-4 Aug, 2561/2018 MCU: Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs and Acting Director, Dhammaduta College, MCU, is to authorize MCU front committees who are administers staff of MCU and representatives of Laos student Club, MCU to arrive at the relief for flood victims in Attapeu, Laos.
MCU has asked to help from people who would like to donate funds and consumer goods etc for relief aid and urgent assistance have been rushed to flood victims in Attapeu, Laos.
