เมื่อ 15 พ.ย. 62 เวลา 14.30 น. บุคลากรฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ กองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ และวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต มจร ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมประชุมกับผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยโกยาซาน (Koyasan University) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยี่ยมเยือนและประชุมหารือความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ณ อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี มจร อยุธยา
ในการนี้ พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ได้นำผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยโกยาซาน (Koyasan University) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น นำโดย Rev. Eikan Mizutani, Councilor of Koyasan University เข้าพบพระราชปริยัติกวี, ศ.ดร. อธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยี่ยมเยือนพบปะและหารือความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัย
จากนั้น พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ของมหาวิทยาลัย ได้ประชุมร่วมกับผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยโกยาซาน (Koyasan University) นำโดย Rev. Eikan Mizutani เพื่อกระชับสัมพันธไมตรี แลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม และสร้างความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและการจัดการศึกษาระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัยต่อไป

Prof. Eikan Mizutani, the Representative of Rector, Koyasan University, Japan, Councilor of Koyasan University, Chief Resident Abbot of Zenmazan Shinsyouji Temple, at Rector Office, MCU, Ayutthaya.
Thereafter, Phra Sophonvachirabhorn: (Sawai) Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs, MCU, holds a meeting with Rev. Prof. Eikan Mizutani, the Representative of Rector, Koyasan University, Japan, with delegates including administers, lecturers and staff of MCU. The meeting is to discuss about Buddhist research, practices and social service together cooperation to promote Buddhism.
